Hello! I am Lauren, a counsellor in Bagshot near Camberley, Surrey. I have spent my life wanting to work with people, I have always been drawn to human connection and the way we relate to others and the world. For many years I worked as a wedding photographer which allowed me to work with many different people. I realised I was motivated to capture emotions and connections through my imagery and noticed my passion for that.

I followed that passion into a new career of counselling, I became very aware of my ability to empathise and support people with the most difficult emotions. Providing a warm, non-judgmental space for people to explore their feelings and what is going on for them.

Outside of work, I love to be outdoors in nature! I also love to travel, whether that be in this country or far in the east. Watching the sunset from different countries brings me great joy! Oh, and food! I love to try all different types of food from all over the world! I am love the gym and understand the disciplines of sport and physical activity.
